Hyosung Annexes 4 Companies
Hyosing group amalgamated 4 subsidiaries including T&C, Products, Life Industry, and Heavy Industries under one company called 'Hyosung' and proclaimed a new start.The 4 companies each held a general meeting of stockholders on September 15 and decided to merge with each other.
By means of this merger, Hyosung can better concentrate on chemical, finacial services, and textiles.
