Clinton to Address Seoul National University
U.S. President Bill Clinton will give an address at Seoul National University during his visit to Korea next month, a university official said on October 11.The official commented, 'Clinton delivered a message that he wanted to give a speech in Korea, so an American survey team will take a look at the campus tomorrow.'
If executed, Clinton will be the first American leader to give a speech at the University while Nelson Mandela is the only head of state to deliver a speech at the University. Seoul National University will confer Clinton an honorary Ph.D degree.
