Hong Kong-based Vigers Launched in Korea

Hong Kong-based real estate agency Vigers launched operations in Korea. Vigers established Vigers Korea which will deal in the consulting business regarding investment, asset evaluation, management, brokerage, and development.
Vigers Korea will be in partnership with U.S.-based Advantus. A source at Advantus said that operations would be controlled directly by the Hong Kong office. Vigers opened its office in 1842 in the UK and moved its main office to Hong Kong in 1976. Vigers is doing business in 75 markets across 20 countries and has a staff of 500 in 15 cities throughout eight countries in Asia. Another foreign real estate consulting company is U.S.-based JVC which opened a Seoul branch in October 1996.
