Super Typhoon "Zeb" Coming

It is forecasted that strong winds and heavy rains will lash the southern region of the nation from October 16 to 18 courtesy of the tenth typhoon of the season, Zeb. The southern region is predicted to incur heavy damages again after typhoon Yannie hit the region earlier this month.
A source at the Meteorological Administration said, 'The typhoon is heading north at 15km per hour. On the afternoon of October 16, Cheju island will be under the typhoon's influence.' Zeb is the strongest typhoon this year containing 46m per second winds with a radius of 640km.
Zeb has a high probability to change directions to the Japanese Islands or it may weaken due to the cold waters of the sea. Few typhoons came until August due to 'El Nino' but six typhoons occurred, unusually, after September due to 'La Nina'.
