Seoul Air Show Opens the 26th

'Seoul Air Show 1998' which demonstrates the world's past and present aeronautical innovations will start on October 26 and run to November 1 at Sungnam Seoul Airport.
This event is sponsored by the Korean Air Force and the first 4 days are only open to invited guests, with the remaining 3 days open to the general public.
17 countries including the United States and France and 155 air-related companies will participate in the show to promote their products and show-off their finesse.
The U-2 and stealth B-1B, Russian Su-35UB, and German helicopter BO-105 will be shown at the air exhibition.
Lee Ju Hak, a 28 year old student, who has already flown through Saipan, Marshall Islands, Rome, Egypt, India, Singapore, and the Philippines on an around the world flight in his ultralite aircraft, will be arriving at Seoul Airport on October 30 to great fanfare from the air show crowd.
Air Force General Lee Jin Hak said, 'It will give us tremendous opportunies to promote the 21st century's aerospace technology and eventually contribute to the national economy.'
