Bus is Worst For Service

Metropolitan denizens, including residents of Seoul and Pusan, think city buses are the worst sevice provider in Korea.
Moreover, public consumers are being satisfied more and more in manufacturing areas while they value lower and lower the service sector.
In products, Hyundai was first in popularity for automobiles while LG was evaluated #1 in refrigerators and washing machines. Samsung was best in color TVs and computers.
The Korea Management Association(KMA)on October 27 revealed their research results of consumer satisfaction which targeted 6 major cities' 6,150 people in terms of products, and service sectors.
The satisfaction index for the whole industry on average was only 43.5 points out of 100 points.
Among service industries, home delivery(65 points) and hotels(59) were the most favorable items while buses(16.6) and taxis(27.1) provided the worst services to people.
Hyundai Motors kept its perch on the summit for its fifth consecutive year together with its Central Hospital surpassing archrival Samsung Hospital.
