Missing Radioactive Isotopes All Found

The police found all radioactive isotopes which were stolen on November 9. A former nurse at the Nuclear Hospital reported to the police that she found the radioactive materials in her car. She said, 'I found the materials in my car and dumped some of them into a waste box.'
The police announced that a resident doctor of the hospital was the main suspect. According to the nurse, she maintained a close relationship with the doctor until the doctor asked her to marry him. The nurse argued that he continued to bother her after that.
However, the doctor told the hospital that he had no involvement with the missing isotopes. Additionally, he said that he will turn himself in to the police on November 11.
309 radioactive isotopes for clinical use were stolen from the Nuclear Hospital in the northeastern area of Seoul.
Iridium isotopes are stored in small cylinders that have a diameter of 0.5 mm and a length of 3 mm. Iridium is usually used to treat cancer of the mouth and the neck. Dr. Yu Sung Yul of the hospital said, 'If someone was exposed to the isotopes for more than four hours, he or she may be seriously hurt.'
