President Kim will attend a summit talk with Chinese president Jiang Ze Min on November 12 to improve bilateral relationships between the two countries for the 21st century.
The two leaders will also discuss economic exchanges, political, security cooperation, culture, arts, academy, and mutual exchange issues in detail. Kim is going to stress that the Chinese currency the renmimbi should maintain its current level and not be devalued so as to cope with the recent Asian financial crisis.

Both countries will have an exclusive zone 20 miles from their respective coast lines. The treaty will last for 5 years.
