ISD to Develop Prime Dankook Real Estate

Dankook University's Seoul campus area, long regarded one of the best spots in the nation in terms of location and pleasant surroundings, will be developed by a U.S. company.
ISD, an American real estate company who holds the right to Dankook lands, on November 16 announced that they will build villas and apartments on the site and sell them to the general public.
A source from the company said, 'As soon as we get permission for the construction from Seoul Metropolitan Government, we will develop the area with 250 million dollars of capital right away.'
ISD will finish all the work by June 2001 after constructing 26 separate structures.
The venue faces Mt. Namsan with Han River in front and is very close to downtown Seoul.
