Ship-to-ship Missile to be Developed by 2003
The Ministry of National Defense announced on November 27 that it will develop a long range ship-to-ship missile by 2003.For this, the Ministry will pour 81 million dollars into a missile with a range of more than 100 km.
Moreover, it will strengthen the East Sea defense including the Tokdo area with modern radar by 2005.
In addition to that, anti-aircraft missiles will also be developed by 2003, the Ministry added.
