Mandatory Warning Labels for All Tobacco and Alcohol Products

From 1999, all beverages containing alcohol must have a label affixed that states 'This cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 19 years old'.
Furthermore, it will also be mandatory to place a warning of the possible health effects of using the product and a list of contents. The label must be clearly displayed and durable.
According to the '1999 Basic Plans for Protecting Youth', any maker or retailer of tobacco or alcohol products that does not have a proper warning label will face fines.
In addition, any hallucinatory agents found in products such as butane gas or glue products should be labelled with clear warning labels. Any infractions of this regulation will result in either imprisonment or fines.
