"Love Boat" Heading to Mt. Kumkang

The 'love boat', photo, well known domestically or abroad through the globally syndicated TV series, 'Love Boat', is likely to be on its way to Mt. Kumkang.
Hyundai Merchant Company, last week, signed a contract with the Princess Cruise Line based in England to lease the cruise ship for carrying tourists to Mt. Kumkang.
The original 'love boat' used in the series has been operating under the name 'Island Princess', but Hyundai plans to introduce it as the third ship, following Kumkang and Bonglae. It will be renamed the 'Hyundai Poongak'- 'poongak' is the autumn name of Mt. Kumgang.
The cruise ship has ten floors, 305 rooms, and can accomodate 700 passengers and a crew of 350. It also has a large dining room and ballroom, swimming pool, 250-seat theatre, and a casino.
Hyundai plans to bring the boat, which is currently on a world tour, to Woolsan seaport in April, and make its first Kumkang tour in May.
