Government Changes Structure

On March 23 the government held a general meeting to settle structural changes made during 4 months of long deliberation.
The new format allows, an outsourcing system which non officials can also serve as government high officials, plus an incentive system for all officials.
First of all, the now defunct government public relation functions will be revived. The new plan calls for the revival of the National Policy Public Relations Department to unify national P.R. It will belong to the Prime Minister's office.In addition, under the president's control, there will be installed a national central personnel committee which will select senior position government officials.
Elementary and middle school business will come under the jurisdiction of local government educational committees to fulfill educational independence.
Economic planning and budget functions will be replaced by national economic advisory comittees made up of academic, economic, labor, press and civil organization representatives.
