Department Stores Offering Big Prizes to Customers
A trip to the department store could find you the owner of a new Mercedes Benz as large retailers, including Lotte and Shinsegae, are enticing customers with expensive gifts and the chance to win grand prizes.Lotte, the nation's leading retailer, announced on April 1 that it will offer purchasers the chance to win a variety of luxurious prizes, like a Benz, BMW, or the Korean-made Chairman, during its April 2 to 18 sale period.
Only those customers who buy more than 100,000 won($80) at Lotte Department Store are eligible to win a grand prize.
Shinsegae, another major department store, also plans to present five lucky customers with 5 million won ($4,000) worth of gift certificates.
