Overseas Buyer"s Information Service Expanding

Information services about potential buyers from other countries offered by organizations of foreign corporations in Korea are expanding.
The EU Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Korea recently started 'Business Cooperation Network' service that gives information about buyers and market conditions in the EU to Korean corporations.
This service includes a list of trading companies in 15 EU countries - at a cost of 50,000 won, statistical data and various kinds of information on the European market- for 50,000 won, a monthly list of European companies that hope to have business relations with Korean companies- 100,000 won per year for a subsription.
The EU Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Korea are providing a 'BC-NET' service that allows Korean companies to send information about their businesses to 300 business-related organizations in the world, including the EU executive committee. The fee is 50,000 won for six months.
The Korea Foreign Company Association also provides information related to foreign buyers on its Internet site, www.kofa.org, in English and Korean. This free site provides information on 4,000 foreign investment companies in Korea, 500 foreign buyers in Korea and a list of approximately 100,000 foreign companies.
