A Special Committe for Ending Corruption To Be Established

A special committe for rooting out corruption in the public area is likely to be established as soon as the first half of the year.
Sources at governmental offices said the committee will be built under the direct control of the president and be committed to eradicating all kinds of wrongdoing, irregularities, and abuse of power in the public sector, especially concerning law enforcement officers.
The special committee, reportedly to be composed of civilians and public servants from various areas, will be co-presided by the prime minister and another civilian representative.
