One Touch Service for the Elderly
A senior citizen who lives alone can receive one touch service when there is an emergency.Inchon Fire Headquarters on April 13 announced that it will operate the '119 automatic answering report system' from May for customers including the elderly.
All they have to do is press a remote control button which is transferred to the headquarters.
More than 500 of the elderly and handicapped people are on the care list of monitors in the room.
