Ruling Side to Pass Military Service Record Opening

The ruling National Congress for New Politics (NCNP) on April 28 decided to pass the pending bill for 'officials and family's military service report and its opening to the public' as early as possible.
The bill was drafted in response to the large number of draft dodgers recently caught by the police, prosecutors and military.
Party spokesperson and congressman Chung Dong Young said, 'So-called 'Sons of God' do not need to go to the army while 'Creatures of the Darkness' have to be drafted. The government decided to change the privileges allowed in selective service on the basis of noblesse oblige.'
He added, 'Anybody who illegally avoided service must be penalized for life just like tax dodgers, not only should they be banned from entering government service but his direct family members should be banned as well.'
The pending bill in the National Assembly requests the mandatory registration of the celebrity's family and himself.
