When Ballet Meets Rock

The Seoul Ballet Theater and the rock band 'Rebirth' will hold a joint concert entitled '99 City Lights and Memory' on June 4 and 5th.
The 15-year-old rock band Rebirth will play their hit songs during the first part of the concert at the open stage in front of the Opera House at the Seoul Arts Center.
Following Rebirth's ear-splitting performance the audience will view the Seoul Ballet Theater performance of the contemporary ballet 'City Light', which describes young people's love and passion.
Rebirth will then join ballet performers for the third portion of the show. Ballerinas will perform interpretative dances of the band's songs.
The Seoul Ballet Theater, which stages simple, popular, modern dance performances, plans to give an encore show of 'Existence' in August and a 'Millennium Musical' early next year.
