Salaried Workers Unhappy With Points System

Salaried workers showed their negative intention on annual salary system changes.
The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry(KCCI) on May 19 revealed its survey results on execution of annual salary system evaluation, targeting 573 Korean employees of 18 domestic and foreign companies.
According to the poll, only 17 percent in domestic groups replied that they are satisfied that wages are equal to their worth.
Nineteen percent said they are receiving enough salary as they work.
The key point of contention for the workers polled was the accuracy of the criteria to be used in the personnel point evaluation.
Only 12 percent of domestic workers agreed upon the impartiality. The program was surveyed to be difficult to manage and may create conflict among co-workers.
