Samsung Apartment Town to be Built in Tangsan-dong
The 2,500 house Samsung apartment town will be located in Tangsan-dong Seoul, a Han-river shore area.Samsung Corporation is selected as the contractor in charge of demolition and rebuilding 1,374 units at the existing Kangnam Mansion site.
In this area, Samsung has already built a 348 unit River Village Apartment in March 1995 and will start the construction of the Riverside Apartment for 801 families.
The combined development will transform the river shore in Tangsan-dong to a Samsung town housing 2,523 families. Samsung will sell 558 houses to the public.
