German Company Interested in Daewoo Construction Vehicle Unit

It is probable that part of Daewoo Motors will be sold to a foreign company.
The world's largest manufacturer of trucks, the German company 'Man', is reportedly interested in buying a share in heavy construction vehicle unit of Daewoo Motors, and is sending 19 delegates to Korea next month for this purpose.
Experts presume that Man is highly likely to buy the unit as such a large number of representatives are being dispatched - unusual for a German company.
Daewoo decided recently to sell the heavy industry sections of its factory in Kunsun as part of the process of restructuring.
These plants are worth about a billion dollars in total. A Swedish group is known to be in competition with Man.
