Big Retailers" Summer Sales Start July 2

Domestic major department stores begin their summer bargain sales from July 2.
The 'Big Three' department stores - Lotte, Hyundai, and Shinsegae - have decided to run bargain sales this summer for 17 days from July 2 to 18.
The department stores will focus on sales of vacation merchandise and home appliances related to the season.
Lotte plans to raise the participation rate in the sale of firms with which it has cooperative ties to 80 percent from last summer's 70 percent and hold various sale events for clients.
Hyundai is going to focus on selling products of use during summer holidays, while Shinsegae will put electric home appliances such as air conditioners and electric fans on sale.
Galleria Department Store at Apkujong-dong will hold a sales event in which 20 famous clothes makers will take part.
