Ginseng Rice to Go on the Market

The National Agricultural Cooperative Federation in Ichon, Kyonggi Province announced on October 14 that it is to put on the market 'Ichon Ginseng Rice' by the end of October.
The ginseng rice, which is made by mixing rice with ginseng juice and then drying, can be stored longer than ordinary rice and contains more nutrients.
The federation recommends that only 20 grams of the ginseng rice should be added to rice for three persons to reduce the bitter taste of the ginseng.
The price of the ginseng rice will be set at 1,000 won per 20 grams, 20 times that of ordinary rice.
