MDP Propose Payment of Bills Through Internet
On March 12, the Millennium Democratic Party (MDP) announced their general election promises, including a proposal to allow utility and telephone bills to be paid through the Internet.Kim Won-kil, chairman of the general election polling committee, said the MDP would discuss the proposal with Korea Electric Power and Korea Telecom from July 2000.
