Presidential Advice- "Reduce the Mistakes"

Veteran politicians are displaying a profound amount of self-confidence. When he was the leader of the opposition, President Kim Dae-jung used to encourage candidates encouraging them to recite the mantra "I will win the election" in front of the mirror at least 50 times every morning.
Kim also revealed three strategies to help them achieve their goals: "Keep speeches short and clear," "Provide understandable examples," and "Don't talk about things you don't understand." Kim once used an easy-to-understand example to stress competitiveness in local corporations, saying, "You wouldn't go to the neighborhood store if prices were too high."
Former president Kim Young-sam said, "Even a lion is careful when hunting rabbits." Both insisted that the best campaign strategy is not to make any mistakes. Period."
