Nogun-ri Civilion Advisory Group to Visit U.S.A. May 1

A civilian advisory group, chaired by Paik Sun-yup, concerned with the Nogun-ri massacre will visit the United States for 6 days starting May 1. The group is taking this trip in order to review the probe conducted by the U.S. government, and to interview U.S. soldiers who participated in the Korean War.

Oh Young-ho, the chief government investigator working on the incident, is planning to accompany the group to discuss the probe and possible compensation for survivors with the U.S. government.
