More ULD in Cabinet: PM Lee Han-dong
Acting Prime Minister Lee Han-dong announced his plans to recommend members of his party, the United Liberal Democrats (ULD), to cabinet posts following the inter-Korean summit in June.In response to Lee's May 23 address, an official with the ruling party said, "I know he (Lee) expressed his intentions to appoint two or three members of the ULD to ministerial posts in next month's cabinet reshuffling."
"It's possible that the DJP meeting could be wrapped up at the beginning of June prior to the inter-Korean talks on June 12, in the hopes of restoring coalition ties between the ruling MDP and the ULD," he added.
