North Korea and Philippines to Form Treaty of Amity
On May 31, an official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade revealed that the Philippine government is inviting Paek Nam-soon, North Korean foreign affairs minister, to visit this coming July to form diplomatic relations with North Korea.＂The head of the Philippine Asia-Pacific diplomatic body has revealed that Philippine and North Korea is planning to conclude a treaty of amity in July,＂ the official said.
