Exchange to Post Firm Data
The Kosdaq market said Wednesday that detailed information on its listed companies would be accessible through its Internet home page beginning next Monday.Basic information to be provided on the site includes the listed firms' financial statements with in-depth analyses. Users will be able to call up lists of the highest and lowest ranking companies in various categories, such as net income. Investors will also be able to input specifications to find companies that meet them, and the site will return a list of all applicable issues.
Complete information on the companies' management and major shareholders will also be provided on the site, the Kosdaq said, as investors have become more interested in the ownership make-up of listed firms.
