I was issued a credit card earlier this year. I used it with no problem until I had lunch recently at a restaurant. When I tried to pay the bill with the card, it didn’t work.
I called the credit card company and learned that I cannot use the card because I have overdue credit card bills. When I was issued the card, I applied for the automated balance transfer from my bank account to the credit card account. But I found out that the automated transfer didn’t work because the card company did not put my bank account number into its bank account system. So my problem is to due to the negligence of the company.
If the company had notified me in advance, by mail or telephone, I would not have experienced any problems. I think a credit card company should work harder on customer service.
