&#91LETTERS TO THE EDITOR&#93Foreigners get no help at stadium

I visited Seoul World Cup Stadium in Sangam-dong not long ago, and witnessed an astonishing scene at the food court. It took over 30 minutes for a group of foreigners to order their food. At this food court, one must select from a menu and pay at a counter, and then with the receipt one must wait for the food at a different counter. The system is not challenging enough to warrant 30 minutes of confusion. Curious, I approached the foreigners. The reason for their distress was simple. The menu was written only in Korean. We successfully hosted the World Cup last year, and the Sangam stadium serves as a symbol of the tournament. It was disappointing to see the utter lack of concern for our foreign visitors at such a major tourist attraction.
