&#91LETTERS TO THE EDITOR&#93KT cheated in switching billing plans

I am a high school freshman living in Seoul. Last year when KT was advertising its flat telephone fee payment plan, a KT telemarketer called my house. The telemarketer told me of the advantages of the flat payment plan and recommended that I join. But I did not want to join and said so repeatedly. I am not in the position to make such decisions on behalf of my family.
Recently, my family realized that our phone bill was bigger compared with last year’s, so we called KT to check. KT said I switched my family's payment plan. Then I remembered giving the telemarketer my name.
At the time, I made it clear that I did not want to switch plans. Also, I was a middle school student last year, which means I was in no position to make such a decision. Arbitrarily switching a customer's billing plan is clearly cheating.
