12th WORLD SAMULNORI COMPETITION & FESTIVAL

Friday to Sunday: Musicians of Samulnori, or Korean folk music, compete against one another, offering a great opportunity for spectators to experience the energy of the traditional sounds. More than 24 teams of different sizes and age groups present the Korean folk art. Viewers may also participate in Samulnori workshop, experience folk culture and examine the instruments up close.

ITAEWON GLOBAL VILLAGE FESTIVAL 2003

To Saturday: This fourth annual festival is open to the public to view the various cultures from around the globe that are represented in Korea. The festival presents different cultures through street parades, performances, concerts, exhibitions, games, as well as delicious, traditional eats.

NATIONAL MUSEUM OF ART
