3 firms set for IPOs this week
ReignCom, Bitwin Corp. and Wins Technet will offer shares for public subscription tomorrow through Wednesday for listing on the secondary Kosdaq market. ReignCom, a multimedia machine manufacturer, makes “i-river,” an MP3 player. The company holds the largest share of the MP3 market in Korea. The annual sales increase rate was 263 percent through 2003. The company holds 30 percent of the U.S. market and 20 percent of the world market. Bitwin, a DVD title manufacturer, provides its services to 20 Century Fox, MGM and Cinema Service. Wins Technet, established in 1996, is an information security company. It provides Intrusion Detection System to the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, and the National Statistical Office.
