It doesn’t get any better

The first part is easy. "Gomun" means ancient writings. But what does "gwanji" mean? Literally, ⓐthat means "to stop watching." Thus, ⓑit can be roughly translated ⓒinto that there is nothing that is more worth watching than this.
During the Spring and Autumn Period, a Chinese era between 8 BC and 5 BC, a ⓓConfucius' master of the Wu ⓔState visited the Lu ⓕState. He was deeply interested in music and ⓖdances and also very knowledgeable about them. He asked the ⓗcourtyard of the Lu ⓘState to play ⓙits music and show dances. He made the exclamation because ⓝhe witnessed ⓞthe ultimate perfection.

ⓐ that → it 앞 문장에서 이미 언급한 단어을 받을 때에는 it사용.
ⓑ it → the title 가리키는 대상이 앞 문장에 정확히 나와있지 않으므로 the title을 사용하여 명확히 표현
ⓒ into that → to mean in 외에는 전치사 뒤에 that절이 올 수 없다
ⓙ its music and show dances → music and dance
ⓜ any other → any more ‘더 이상 들을 필요가 없다’는 의미 중심의 번역
ⓝ he witnessed → he had witnessed

In Korea, the president's remarks and persistence ⓐmake the people very depressed. His view on the media is the worst. He ignores the traditional relations between the media and power. He does not ⓕhesitate in saying "I can shut down all press rooms."

ⓐ make the people very depressed → depress the people 간결한 표현
ⓑ he had very bad memories → the very bad memories obsessed with에 his ideologies 와 bad memories가 함께 연결되도록 정돈된 문장으로 변경
ⓓ a couple of → a few 두셋이 아니라 ‘소수’를 나타내기에는 a few가 더 적합
ⓔ on → of

In Korea, the president’s remarks and persistence depress the people. His view on the media is the worst. He is obsessed with his ideologies and the very bad memories of a few reporters he has accidentally come across. This formed his distorted view of the media. He ignored the traditional relationship between the media and power. He does not even hesitate to say, “I can shut down all press rooms.”
