To Sept. 9: Horizon, the club at Renaissance Seoul, presents a Summer Cocktail Festival, “Retro to Metro.” A variety of cocktails and snacks that have been popular over the past 50 years will be offered. To Aug. 31: JW’s Grill at the JW Marriott Seoul presents its summer lobster special. The dishes include the lobster tasting platter, asparagus and lobster salad with herb emulsion and basil oil, lobster consomme with dumpling, and cranberry-lacquered Maine lobster with pineapple pilaf. The special set menu (120,000 won) includes the lobster tasting platter and corn bisque with lobster followed by a selection of one of the main lobster entrees and a desert of lemon meringue pie or Dacquoise biscuit with raspberry sherbet.
