Summertime cocktails at the Grand InterContinental Seoul
To Aug. 31: The Millennium Seoul Hilton's Californian restaurant, Cilantro, is featuring a vitality foods promotion. The menu includes chicken ginseng soup, black chicken ginseng soup, oxtail ginseng soup and Buddah Jumps Over the Wall. These dishes are available for lunch and dinner.
The lunch buffet is priced at 22,800 won ($25) to 38,000 won and the dinner is priced from 24,500 won to 41,000 won. Brunch is also available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sundays, priced at 24,000 won to 40,000 won.

Lotte Hotel Seoul
To Aug. 15: Mugunghwa, the Korean restaurant, and the lounge at the Lotte Hotel Seoul present a Jiri Mountain Sanyang Ginseng Festival. Mugunghwa offers chicken ginseng soup (40,000 won) and drinks prepared with seven-year-old Jiri Mountain Sanyang ginseng (24,000 won).
The service charge and VAT are not included.

Ongoing: The lobby lounge at the Grand Hyatt Seoul is offering summertime cocktails of both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties.The alcoholic cocktail selection includes Emerald Isle, a sweet, pineapple-flavored drink and Blue Lagoon, a fizzy cocktail with a cool, sour taste. The non-alcoholic cocktails are made from fruit juices such as mango, orange, grape and pear. Those with sweet tooths can try Purple Passion and Sweet Sunshine cocktails. Cocktails are priced at 16,000 won, not including tax and service charge.

Chinese cuisine special at JW Marriott Seoul
Ongoing: Man Ho, the Chinese restaurant at the JW Marriott Seoul, features a Chinese cuisine special. The lunch set includes Mini Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, ginseng salad, braised shark fin, sea cucumber and lobster with Chinese noodles. The dinner set includes eel, Australian beef tenderloin, ginseng, Australian wagyu and lobster with asparagus.
Lunch sets are 85,000 won to 110,000 won and dinner sets are 130,000 won to 150,000 won excluding service charges.

Novotel Ambassador Gangnam
To Sept. 2: The Lobby lounge at the Novotel Ambassador Gangnam features a beer set menu starting from 50,000 won, including side dishes. The menu includes OB, Cass Red, Hite, Max, Capri, Budweiser, Heineken and Beck's. The price ranges from 50,000 won to 70,000 won excluding VAT.
