Surrounded by his supporters, Lee Hoi-chang, who lost in the 1997 and 2002 presidential elections as a conservative party candidate, walks on Nov. 7 into his private office in Namdaemun, Seoul, where he announces his third run to the president. "I promise you that I will bring a regime change at all costs," Lee said, talking to the press for the first time since rumors have been mounting about his surprise return. By Kim Seong-ryong
