Roasted turkey at JW Marriott
To Jan. 6 (2008): The Cornerstone at the Park Hyatt Seoul presents a “Celebration Package” for the upcoming year end. A light snack at Cornerstone cocktail bar is offered before a family- style meal that includes an appetiser, a main dish and dessert served with one glass of wine per person. This package is available from 6 to 10 p.m. for a minimum of four people. Prices start at 95,000 won ($104). Prices do not include tax.
The package is not available Dec. 24, 25 and 31.

Ongoing: JW Grill at the JW Marriott Seoul features Thanksgiving dinner with a four-course menu. The roasted turkey follows a choice of starters, including classic shrimp cocktail and corn chowder with chili coriander. The next course offers pumpkin and almond pie served with ice cream and maple syrup. The price is 55,000 won. Reservations are recommended. The “turkeys to-go” menu features a choice of turkey sets of 5-kilogram (125,000 won), 6-kilogram (145,000 won) or 8-kilogram (215,000 won) turkey sets. They include giblets, apple, cranberry sauce, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes with sausages, brussels sprouts and glazed carrots. The Deli Shop also features wines representing the different regions of France, Italy, Australia, America and more. Prices do not include service charges and tax.

To Dec. 31: In celebration of Thanksgiving, the Grand InterContinental Seoul has planned an event at Deli. The Deli offers whole turkeys (6 to 8 kilograms) with all the trimmings (including vegetables and sauce) available for take-out sale to patrons who place orders at least one day in advance. This oven-cooked turkey is available until the end of December and prices are 160,000 won and 180,000 won. Prices exclude tax.
