Elegant terraces on the 23rd floor offer space for parties and relaxation.

Fraser Place Central Seoul located in Jung District is a branch of the Singapore-based serviced residence run by a subsidiary of F&N Group, which is famous for Tiger Beer. Fraser entered the Korean market in 2003 with the Fraser Suites in Insa-dong. An international serviced residence management company that operates gold-class residences in Bangkok, London, Manila, Paris, Seoul, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney and Dubai, Frasers is developing facilities in Qingdao and Suzhou. The Jung units opened in 2006.

Fraser Place provides cozy home-style service customized for each client, whether luxury traveler or family. The total of 237 rooms come in various sizes, from one-room studios to three-bedroom penthouses.

“As comfortable and cozy as home” is the motto of Fraser’s acclaimed service and design staff. Residences’ kitchens are equipped with dishes, wine glasses and cooking utensils, along with refrigerators, toasters and coffee pots. Each living room contains a DVD player with a sound system.

The Pine and Maple terrace on the 23rd floor offers an unparalleled Seoul view. The two terraces offer a chance to relax in a lovely landscaped garden in the middle of the city, reenergizing you after an exhausting day. The best part: It’s open not only to residents but also to visitors, equipped with barbeque facilities available for small parties of about 30 people.

For all residents, free breakfast is provided at the First Floor restaurant all year round. Residents also have free access to the fitness center, swimming pool and sauna. A trainer stationed at the fitness center provides yoga, swimming and health training with reservations. An indoor swimming pool for adults, a shallow pool for children and a Jacuzzi round out the facilities.

On the second floor are sofas offering rest all day for busy residents, plus discounts on beverages at the lounge. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and thorough security system is provided by concierges. Personal maid and linen services are also available, along with shuttles.

Fraser Place is located near Lotte Mart, Myeongdong Shopping Center, department stores and theaters, so residents will have no difficulty finding entertainment. It’s also nestled among many foreign businesses, embassies and government buildings, and Deoksu Palace and Insa-dong, good places to experience traditional Korea.

Fraser Place service will make you feel at home, even if home is thousands of miles away. Most clients are executives at multinational companies and foreign embassy employees, but as the playroom and pool for children grow popular, more families are discovering the advantages of Fraser Place.
