Alexander goes solo with new album release

Alexander, a former member of the band U-KISS, has launched his solo career with the release of a new album.

The digital album, “I Just,” was released yesterday on Internet music sites and features three songs, including the title track, “Oh! Baby” and “Bad Girl,” according the solo singer’s agency, M Plus Entertainment.

The offline version of the album will be made available beginning today and will feature English- and Japanese-language versions of the two songs “I Just” and “Oh! Baby” in addition to the three Korean-language tracks on the digital album.

The title track has an R&B feel and is a love confessional song. “Oh! Baby” combines elements of rap and dance music.

Alexander, a biracial Korean who is a Hong Kong national, will start promoting the album in Asia to coincide with its release.

Alexander performed a solo concert in Japan on Friday and will be in Malaysia on Sunday for another showcase.
