G-Dragon and T.O.P from boy band Big Bang are preparing for the release of their Japanese single “Oh Yeah.”

On Dec. 14, a sneak peak of G-Dragon and T.O.P’s Japanese music video for “Oh Yeah” was uploaded on the band’s YouTube and Facebook sites. On Big Bang’s official YouTube channel, the preview clip generated 150,000 views, and on Facebook, there were more than 1,000 responses. The original Korean version of the song was released a year ago and is featured in the duo’s first album “GD&TOP.”

The two members of Big Bang were set to promote their Japanese single in November, but the date was postponed due to G-Dragon‘s drug scandal in which the singer was caught smoking marijuana at a club. The group’s Japanese activities resumed after G-Dragon made a public apology on Dec. 4.

“I’m so sorry for making you worry. From now on, I won’t get in trouble again, and I’ll repay you for your love and support with great music,” G-Dragon said in front of 13,000 fans at the YG Family Concert held in Seoul.

The Japanese version of “Oh Yeah” will go on sale from Jan. 7. The duo will also perform at YG Family concerts to be held in the same month in Japan.
