Actors Oh Man-seok and Jo Ahn announce their break-up after two years together

On Jan. 3, agencies of actors Oh Man-seok and Jo Ahn confirmed that the star couple had split up.
Oh’s agency told local media, “Oh and Jo are no longer together. They broke up around autumn of last year.” Jo’s agency also verified by saying, “The split was amicable and the two wish to remain as good friends.”

The couple met in 2010 while filming the KBS drama “Everybody Cha Cha Cha.”
There were speculations about the couple’s break-up long before the official statements were released. In November 2011, talkS of a possible break-up surfaced, but both parties denied the allegations at the time.

In June 2011, at a press conference for KBS drama “King Gwanggaeto the Great” the 36-year-old actor was asked by a journalist about how his relationship with the 29-year-old actress was going. At the time Oh replied, “We are doing well.”

Oh rose to fame from starring in the musical “Faust” in 1999 and went on to star in movies such as “Liar” (2004) and “Countdown” (2011).
Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend Jo made her debut in 2000 with the KBS drama “First Love.”
