Quiet wedding for Ahn Sun-young

Entertainer Ahn Sun-young has finalized her wedding plans, her agency announced yesterday.

Ahn will hold a ceremony on Oct. 5 in Busan, where she will marry her boyfriend of two years.

“As this ceremony focuses on letting families and close friends know that they are ready to embark on the new journey, it will be a small wedding,” said her agency, adding that there will be no press conference.

Ahn also said that she wanted to avoid turning her wedding into a media event, preferring instead to keep things simple.

“Things are going smoothly as I and the groom share a similar point of view in many areas,” she said.

“We have decided to have a wedding in Busan, as it is more convenient for us to invite our families,” she said.

However, Ahn also noted that having a quiet wedding without any media attention does not mean that the wedding won’t be festive.
