Drama “Princess Aurora"

Broadcaster MBC’s daily drama, “Princess Aurora,” will air 30 additional episodes for a total of 150 shows, according to Korea JoongAng Daily affiliate Ilgan Sports yesterday.

“Thanks to the heated response for the drama from audiences, we have decided to run 30 additional episodes. Writers, talent and other staff have agreed to being involved,” said an official with the drama’s production team.

The drama has been recording around a 15 percent viewership rate on average.

“Although there were some issues rising regarding the drama, it means that the work has been in the center of people’s attention, and that’s why we’ve made such decision,” said another official.

The drama garnered much attention after letting go of eight actors and actresses without giving any adequate reasons.
