Until Jan. 31: Restaurant 8, located in the East Tower lobby level of the Grand Hyatt Incheon is launching its “Restaurant 8 Journey” promotion, a yearlong journey with a monthly focus on different cuisine. In January, the restaurant will present French cuisine with a five-course gourmet signature dinner featuring the most luxurious ingredients from Europe, including caviar, truffles and foie gras paired with fine French wines.
The menu is available at 66,000 won for lunch and 88,000 won for dinner from Mondays through Fridays. A monthly lucky draw will be held for all guests who participate in this exciting journey.

Until Feb. 28: Oakwood Premier Coex Center Seoul is offering its “Pororo Package” to families who are looking for a venue to enjoy time with their kids. Until Feb. 28: The Grand Hilton Seoul in Hongeung-dong is presenting a special promotion to celebrate the deadly but delicious puffer fish. Mitsumomo is offering set menus with the best quality tiger puffer from the clean waters of Tong-young Sea as well as yellow tail from Jeju Island.
Puffer fish is especially good for blood circulation and very effective for skin care, for both women and men.
The set menus include puffer fish skin, fresh and crispy seasoned water parsley, fried puffer fish, yellow tail and mackerel sashimi and puffer fish jiri, or spicy soup. The prices range from 110,000 won to 180,000 won, including tax and service charge.

Jan. 18 and 20: Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel presents Disney Princess Academy in collaboration with Walt Disney Company Korea. Children can learn and experience the true meaning of being a Disney Princess with fun activities inspired by the heroines of the movie agency’s animated Princess films.
The academy is designed to provide children with the ultimate Disney Princess experience and to deliver a message that true princesses let their inner beauty shine by being graceful, kind, passionate and confident.
Children can wear their own party dresses and participate in singing, waltzing, table manners and activities. The event will be held at the Grand Ballroom, which will be decorated with iconic Disney Princess imagery and ballroom decorations fit for a Princess. The academy will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The price is 180,000 won ($164) which includes a lunch buffet for one child and one adult. Girls from ages 5 to 10 can participate with their parents attending to look after them during the program.
