MBC releases new drama cast

The lead roles in the new MBC drama series, “Brilliant Seduction” (working title), have been confirmed.

In the upcoming drama slated to air later this year, actresses Choi Kang-hee and Cha Ye-ryun and actors Joo Sang-wook and Jung Jin-young will be starring.

Actress Choi will be taking on the role of Shin Eun-soo, a busy working mom with a lot of debt to repay. Even though the character is not affluent, she is unintentionally pushed into the world of rich people.

Actor Joo will play the role of a well-educated man named Jin Hyung-woo. The character is the only son of a legislator and is depicted as a greedy and ambitious man who craves success.

In addition, actor Jung and actress Cha will play upper-class people.

The TV drama will revolve around the four characters, all of whom belong to the top 1 percent of the upper class.

According to the production crew of the series, all four celebrities perfectly fit the image of the characters in the show.

“Brilliant Seduction” will debut its first episode on Oct. 5.
