A local court dismissed Thursday independent counsel Park Young-soo’s request to raid the Blue House to collect evidence of abuse of power by President Park Geun-hye and her friend Choi Soon-sil. The counsel claimed Park used a cell phone account with a fake name to talk to Choi about sensitive issues.
