Apartments in Hyundai E&C’s Hillstate Classy Comfort complex in the Singil neighborhood of Yeongdeungpo District, western Seoul, will go on sale soon.

The complex comprises 14 apartment buildings, the highest of which has 29 floors. There are 1,476 apartments in total, and 701 of them will be up for sale. They range from 42 to 114 square meters (452 to 1,227 square feet).

Hillstate Classy Comfort is located 500 meters from Sinpung Station on line No. 7. Other nearby subway stations include Boramae Station (line No. 7), Singil Station (line No. 1 and 5) and Yeongdeungpo Station (line No. 1). Bus stops on the northern and western side of the complex give residents access to eight bus lines to conveniently move around the city.

The Yeongdeungpo Rotary is also near the complex, offering an easy commute to Yeouido and other districts north of the Han River, as well as far-flung cities like Incheon, Gwangmyeong and Siheung.

Entertainment and shopping are a stone’s throw away from Hillstate Classy Comfort. On the northern side is a bustling commercial district and traditional markets like Yeongjin Market. The Yeongdeungpo Times Square shopping mall, D-Cube Hyundai Department Store and Sindorim Techno Mart are all in the area. Other nearby retailers include Lotte Department Store, Shinsegae Department Store, Emart and Homeplus.

Apartments in Hillstate Classy Comfort will appeal to newlyweds and people in their 30s and 40s looking for innovative design under Hyundai E&C’s “3H” concept of healing, high-tech and hub.

To help residents relax from the stresses of urban life, Hyundai E&C has designed the homes to be more open and exposed to sunlight. About 90 percent of the apartments face south, and paths for pedestrians have replaced parking spots for cars on the ground level.

Hyundai E&C’s Internet of Things system, “Hi-oT,” is available in all Hillstate Classy Comfort apartments. The system lets residents control lights, gas, and appliances with touchpads on the wall and via smartphone through a mobile app. All the apartments come with LED lighting and high-speed internet connection.

To make Hillstate Classy Comfort a “hub” for residents, Hyundai E&C has built a host of leisure facilities all centrally located in the complex. Next to the fitness center is a playground for kids and a cafe for parents to relax while watching their children.

Other facilities include a yoga room, sauna, indoor driving range for golf and a library.
